What can i do to stop eating late at night...recovering from eating disorder?

i recently[like 3 weeks ago] i had EDNOS.



i always get cravings to eat late at night, and whatever i eat whether it be fruit or vegetables or whatever, i'll eat it till i blow[no i do't purge, but i feel like i'm gonna]. and i wanna know if there is any way i can stop. i eat normal through out the day. a balanced meal 3 times a day. and maybe a snack such as an apple if i get a craving. but at night, oooh man, i get cravings.



so can anyone please help me fix this up?

[i'm jogging on my tredmill everyday for 2 hours a day[i'm in track], so i don't really gain too much weight, but binging feels so bad. -.-]

When you feel like eating just go for a walk, or partake in a hobby that will take your mind off the food.

well what i do is that well since i'm only 16. eat w/e i want and w/e i want. marching band does the rest for me. but umm. if you don't eat when you feel like eating or your hungry. then your stomach might go into famine mode. so when you eat. it makes more fat and makes the fat harder to go away. it's some mental thing. just make urself think that there is enough food. no famine is gonna happen. well that's what i did. and b4 i knew it the scale was going down and i didn't feel hungry anymore.
Eat dinner slightly later and sleep earlier so you don't get to the hungry time. If you wake up earlier like 5am, 6am, you can still do stuff in the morning that you do at night like surf net, do homework etc. then eat bfast earlier too.
